Working in partnership with the Liliesleaf Trust UK, Stage 3 design proposals were presented to the GLA's Mayor’s design advocates for a new Centre of Memory & Learning. Housed within the former headquarters of the African National Congress at 28 Penton Street, London, the project will bring visibility to the British Anti-Apartheid Legacy.

Stage 2 proposals were presented to planners for the design of three buildings within the Phoenix masterplan in Lewes, creating new homes for co-living supported by a range of civic and commercial uses and a hotel.

Planning has been submitted for an extension to a grade II listed barn and a new pavilion replacing an existing structure in Tregardock, Cornwall.

Al-Jawad Pike has started work on a new Aesop store in the Battersea Power Station.

Al-Jawad Pike are collaborating with Human Nature and a team of architects, landscape designers and ecologists to create a new sustainable neighbourhood on the former Phoenix Industrial Estate in Lewes, East Sussex. Al-Jawad Pike are developing two residential buildings within a masterplan comprising a range of new housing, work space and community uses, which are connected by green public space, communal gardens and allotments. The pre-planning design progress was exhibited at the Phoenix Project Design Festival in September, allowing the public to have their say on the proposals.

March, 2021

Al-Jawad Pike has won a competition to design a mixed-use pavilion venue as part of the Meridian masterplan project organised by Enfield Council.
