Tori Ann Walk and Chowdhury Walk feature in Social Housing: Definitions and Design Exemplars, Volume 2, published by RIBA, bringing together exemplary approaches to the design of social housing.

Al-Jawad Pike has secured planning approval for the delivery of 22 new homes within the Gascoyne Estate for Hackney Council. The scheme will repurpose an underused garage site to provide much-needed social housing, with construction scheduled to commence towards the end of 2026.
